Dee & Griffin Solicitors is delighted to announce the promotion of Tom Jenkins and Kelly Dean to Equity Partner, marking an exciting new chapter in the continued growth and success of the firm.
Having progressed through their careers at Dee & Griffin, both Kelly and Tom have demonstrated their commitment to delivering outstanding client service while playing an integral role in the firm’s development.
Kelly joined Dee & Griffin in 2018 and has since become a familiar face to clients across the region. She now heads up the firm’s Cheltenham office, specialising in residential conveyancing. A graduate of UWE Bristol, Kelly holds a Law degree and completed her Legal Practice Course before qualifying as a solicitor.
Speaking about her promotion, Kelly said: “I’m really pleased to have been appointed as an equity partner at Dee & Griffin. It’s lovely to have my hard work and dedication recognised and it is a significant milestone in my career. I’m excited to contribute to the firm’s continued growth, support the development of our team, and continue providing the high level of service our clients expect.”
Tom’s journey is a fantastic example of career progression within the firm. Joining Dee & Griffin in 2017 as an 18-year-old office junior, he has worked across several offices before helping to establish the Dursley branch and, more recently, opening and managing the firm’s Worcester office as Branch Manager specialising in conveyancing. As a Chartered Legal Executive, Tom’s promotion reflects years of hard work, commitment and professional development.

I’m grateful for the trust my colleagues have placed in me and look forward to contributing even more to the firm’s future success while continuing to provide the highest standard of service for our clients.”
